Jack was able to attend, diagnose and replace the water softener so quickly and efficiently. His project knowledge was great and he gave specific advice to suit my household. I wood have no hesitation in recommending him or this company if you have a problem with your water softener.
Thank you Jack for giving us back our water after doing work until we worked out who to call.

Our water softener was fitted by Paul yesterday, and such an amazing job he’s done. Not only was he such a friendly, and amusing guy, but he had great ideas and options to make the fitting easier and more effective for us, he explained everything so well and talked us through it all. So efficient and thorough in his work and immediately came back this morning to fix a leak! Thankyou Paul, brilliant job.

This was not a straight forward installation but Paul who installed the equipment was fantastic!! He was very thorough, creative and his attention to detail was so good!! We’re so pleased with the overall result and love the softness of the water and the RO drinking water. Would highly recommend them!!

I"m very happy with the service provided by Sandy's Salt & Softeners. From the initial meeting where they listened to what I wanted and were able to confirm that they could provide everything I needed, right through to the installation. The quote was clear and it was easy to book the works in on a suitable date. Plus my kitchen was left very tidy after the works were completed. I'm really enjoying my Quooker tap, CUBE, RO filter and water softener - thank you!

Found this local company via a web site search, contacted them by phone initially concerning a full service of an existing water softener, decided to replace with a newer version after advice. Price was really good and competitive for both water softener and installation. Engineer was very friendly and competent, the job was completed swiftly with no issues. Very happy to recommend. I will also be buying my block salt from them in the future.
